Started strong with the new block. Got clear on my frontend offer and had some breakthrough moments around how to position the AI consulting. The outreach agent concept is exciting but needs more thought on the technical architecture.

Momentum is building. The YouTube video got 2.3k views which is my best yet. Starting to see the flywheel effect between content and inbound leads. Need to be more disciplined about deep work blocks - too many interruptions this week.

Great progress on Week 2. Daniel's YouTube video performed well (2.3k views) and generated 3 inbound leads.
